What TicketDeal is
TicketDeal is an information and comparison service. We help you find events and compare where tickets are listed. We do not sell, resell, hold or deliver tickets, and we are not a party to any purchase. Every purchase happens on a third-party retailer's website, under that retailer's terms, fees, refund policy and buyer guarantee.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability and event details come from third parties and can change at any time. We only show a dollar amount when a retailer's data feed or API provides one, and we never estimate or invent prices — but third-party data can still be delayed or wrong. Always confirm the final, all-in price (including fees and taxes) on the retailer's site before you buy. Resale tickets may be priced above face value. Sample events marked "Demo" and prices marked "Example" are not real listings.
Venue maps
Our venue maps are approximate, generic layouts. Section names and numbers vary by venue, so check the retailer's own seating chart before you buy.
Third-party sites
Links to retailers and other sites are provided for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Some links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, and no unlawful use.
Trademarks
Retailer, team, artist and venue names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Their use does not imply endorsement of TicketDeal.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketDeal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a purchase you make on a third-party site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
