Privacy Policy

TicketDeal ("we", "us") is a ticket price comparison website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it. We do not sell tickets, and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

• Usage data. Pages you visit, search terms, the events, sections and quantities you select, and basic device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type and referring page). Our hosting provider may record this in server logs, and so may any analytics tool we add later.
• Data stored in your browser. Price alerts and your choice to dismiss our transparency note are saved only in your browser's localStorage. We don't receive them. If we launch email alerts, we will update this policy first.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include.

We do not offer accounts and do not collect payment information.

How we use information

To operate, secure and improve the site, understand which features are used, fix problems, and reply to messages. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retailer and affiliate links

When you click a retailer link (for example SeatGeek, StubHub or Vivid Seats) you leave TicketDeal and that retailer's own privacy policy applies. Some links carry affiliate tracking so the retailer or its affiliate network (such as Impact, Partnerize or CJ) can credit us for the referral; they may set cookies on their own sites to do this. Cookies

TicketDeal itself does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this page. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Service providers and legal requests

We use service providers to run the site (hosting, DNS, security, email). They may process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the site.

Data retention

We keep server logs and messages only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond as required by law.

Children

TicketDeal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
